Why don’t people know the right way to sleep? Isn’t it obvious? Just lay down and close your eyes…
It’s very easy to look at the most recent event for the cause.
If you went to the gym and woke up sore in the morning, would you say that you slept on your muscles wrong?
We even have a delay between eating too much for dinner and realizing we ate too much for dinner.
Although correct at times, “sleeping on it wrong” is too easy of a way out.
